The quote you receive is final, with no hidden fees. For tours it covers the chauffeur service and every booking of the day (tickets, entries, ferries, trains, boats and tastings); only meals, drinks and personal expenses are extra.

We are based in Como and Milan and cover the whole of Lake Como, Malpensa, Linate, Orio al Serio and Lugano airports, Switzerland and northern Italy. On request we arrange transfers throughout Italy, Switzerland, Austria and France.

Yes. The return takes you back to your departure city in a vehicle of the same category as the outbound trip, on any day you choose. If you don’t have the exact address yet, the city is enough: you can update us closer to the date.

As a guide, a large suitcase measures 74 × 53 × 28 cm and a small one 56 × 36 × 23 cm. The van fits 6–7 passengers with one large suitcase each, or 5 passengers with 5 large and 5 small bags; sedans usually take 2 large or 3 small bags. Tell us the real number of bags when booking and we choose the right vehicle.

Yes, if you request it in advance with the child’s age and the type of seat. Child seats are free of charge.

Every chauffeur holds an NCC licence, provides a criminal-record certificate and is selected through an interview. Vehicles are under 10 years old, regularly inspected and covered by passenger transport insurance.

We monitor your flight in real time. Airport pick-ups include 60 minutes of free waiting from landing, and your transfer is guaranteed for the updated arrival time. If you can, let us know as soon as you have the new time.

Every pick-up includes free waiting time: 60 minutes at airports and ports, 30 minutes at stations, 15 minutes at hotels, apartments, B&Bs and restaurants. Beyond that, extra waiting is charged at €66 per hour.

Yes, payments are tracked and secure. You can pay by card, also on board, in cash, by bank transfer or through a payment link. Invoices are available on request and companies can arrange monthly invoicing.

Cancelled flight: full refund. Transfers can be cancelled with a full refund up to 6 hours before (24 hours for bookings over €300). On tours the chauffeur service is refunded 100% up to 48 hours before and 50% after that; non-refundable tickets already bought (Bernina Express, La Scala, boats, entries), listed in the quote, remain payable. No-shows are not refunded. If the weather prevents an activity, we move it, replace it or refund it.
