The tour

The drive crosses the Gotthard and reaches Lake Zurich in the late morning. In Kilchberg you visit the Home of Chocolate: the museum tells the story of Swiss chocolate, from cocoa bean to bar, and ends with a tasting.

In the afternoon you head into Zurich. You walk up to the Lindenhof for the view over the Limmat and visit the Fraumünster with its Chagall windows. Then the Bahnhofstrasse, the street of Swiss watches and chocolate shops, and the lakefront. Your chauffeur waits for the drive back, or takes you to your hotel or to Zurich airport.

You cross the Swiss border: every passenger needs a valid travel document.
From late November to 24 December Zurich holds its Christmas markets, including one inside the main station.
Switzerland uses Swiss francs; cards are accepted almost everywhere.
