The tour

The historic Monte Brè funicular leaves from Cassarate and climbs to 933 metres. From the top you see Lugano, the lake and, on clear days, the Alps. Back in town there is time for Piazza della Riforma, Via Nassa, the lakefront and Parco Ciani, with lunch wherever you like.

In the afternoon you board a private boat and cruise Lake Lugano to Gandria, a village of stone houses built into the rock. Your chauffeur meets you on arrival for the drive back.
